Intro

High-throughput technologies and next generation sequencing in particular have opened new avenues to interrogate genomic and transcriptomic variation. In all these experiments, large amounts of sequencing data are collected and need to be stored, processed and analyzed in the most optimal fashion. The GIGA-Genomics Core Facility can assist you in this task. Our aim is to help you understand how to analyze your datasets properly and get the most of it using state-of-the-art methods and tools.
